Mr Nurse is an experienced finance and corporate governance professional with extensive exposure to the running of ASX Listed companies. Previously he was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of a publicly listed mining company.

Jeff is a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is also a Chartered Secretary with the Governance Institute of Australia. He is at present studying for a Master of Taxation at Curtin University.
