Our clients are invited to participate in regular social outings in and around the Perth metro area. These include visits to museums, cafes, restaurants as well as casual picnics in the park when the weather is fine.
ECHO also runs regular weekly shopping bus trips to provide clients with the opportunity to do their weekly grocery shopping. These take place every Monday and Friday.
Clients are not required to regularly commit to these outings – they are free to notify us when there is an outing they wish to participate in.
A calendar of activities is published each month and distributed via our client newsletter. Copies are also available below as well as from our office. The calendar includes details regarding pick-up and drop-off times as well as costs involved.
**Please note: From 31st January, ECHO will be asking clients to have their proof of vaccinations readily available where activities involve visits to public places which require this for admission. Clients will be notified of this requirement at the time of booking. Digital proof of vaccinations are available through the MyGov website or via the new Service WA App. Alternatively, a printed copy can be obtained by calling the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809 who will be able to post a copy to you. This can take up to 14 days for the certificate to arrive in the post.
