The rules relating to Home Care Package clients – Level 3 and Level 4 – have now changed and ECHO can now provide services to clients who have received funding for a Level 3 or Level 4 package.
Under the new system, a client can choose the agency which holds their package. In the past, eligible clients went to an agency which had a vacant package. However, this no longer applies, and so if you have a package held by another agency you can now ask to move your package to the agency of your choice. ECHO would be happy to talk to you about the transition. We will make you feel most welcome should you want to give us a go.
