Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Review – 10th January, 2017

ECHO Community Services went through a Quality Review, conducted by the Quality Agency, on 10th January, 2017. As part of the review, the reviewers contact clients and meet with staff, look at our various policies and procedures, and generally check to see if we comply with the Common Community Care Standards for our Level 2 Home Care Package clients.

I am pleased to say that ECHO was found to have complied with all the requirements and there were no suggested improvements. You can access a copy of the Quality Agency’s report here.
