Staff
ECHO Community Services is a family friendly, people focussed organisation. As a medium sized organisation ECHO Community Services is small enough to care for staff at an individual level while being big enough to have the support services in place to ensure staff enjoy a good work/life balance.
Our Administration consists of Executive Management and Finance staff, Community Service Coordinators, Assessment Officers, a Records Clerk and Receptionist.
Within our Home Based Services section we employ gardeners, handymen, personal carers and domestic assistant workers. These positions are ideally suited to parents of school age children, as working hours are flexible and mostly between 9am and 2:30pm. Weekend and after hours work is also available.
We pay attractive rates and staff have the option of salary sacrifice to offset their taxation requirements.
Our friendly, supportive team is always available to support our staff and maintain close contact with all our field staff through ongoing communications, meetings and social events.Applicants must be Australian residents, have their own transport and a current Australian drivers licence. All successful applicants will require a Federal Police Clearance Certificate.
